Our house cocktails are built around Japanese flavours - yuzu, matcha, shiso and umeshu - and the whisky highball is a serve we take seriously, with Suntory Toki on draught and a mizuwari menu built to draw out every subtle note. It all sits alongside a proper sake list, from Bermondsey’s Kanpai (the UK’s first sake brewery) to premium Heavensake, by the glass or bottle.
